Consultancy Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Competent SHEQ Support

• Audits & Inspections

• Behavioural Safety Programmes

• CDM Support

• Accident & Incident Investigations

• ISO & SSIP Support

• Risk Assessments & COSHH Assessments

• Management System Development

• Occupational Health Awareness Support

Specific details, scope and fees will be agreed separately in writing before work commences.

Quotations & Fees

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days

• Prices exclude VAT (if applicable)

• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges

• Travel or accommodation costs may be charged where applicable

Any significant changes to project scope or requirements may require revised pricing.

Payment Terms

Unless agreed otherwise:

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue

• Retained consultancy services may require monthly payment in advance

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Interest may be charged on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Ensuring access to relevant documentation and sites

• Cooperating reasonably throughout the consultancy process

• Implementing recommendations where appropriate

The responsibility for legal compliance remains with the client organisation.

Limitation of Liability

While all reasonable care and professional skill will be applied, Cronin’s Consultancy cannot guarantee:

• Prevention of incidents or accidents

• Successful certification outcomes

• Regulatory approval outcomes

• Business performance improvements

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Confidentiality

Any information shared during consultancy activities will be treated confidentially unless:

• Disclosure is required by law

• There is a significant risk to health and safety

• Consent has been provided by the client

Intellectual Property

Documents, templates, systems and materials produced by Cronin’s Consultancy remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use supplied documentation internally for their own business purposes only.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Reasonable notice should be provided for cancellations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to charge for:

• Short-notice cancellations

• Lost time

• Travel costs already incurred
