I’m a CMIOSH-qualified Health, Safety, Environment and Quality professional with over 10 years of industry experience supporting businesses across construction, engineering, and commercial operations.

I am based in South-west of England in Devon though I am proudly Welsh! I live with my wife, cat and horse in the countryside and enjoy horse riding, travel and immersing myself in other cultures, I am an ex-free runner and a surfer.

I created this consultancy to provide businesses with practical, professional SHEQ support that goes beyond paperwork and compliance checklists. My approach is built around understanding how businesses actually operate. Helping organisations improve safety culture, strengthen systems, and meet their legal responsibilities in a way that is realistic, effective, and sustainable.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with operational teams, senior leadership, contractors, and SMEs, supporting everything from day-to-day compliance through to behavioural safety programmes, audits, management systems, ISO certification support, and construction project safety.

As a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH), I’m passionate about raising standards while keeping solutions practical and commercially sensible for the businesses I support.
